STATEMENT OF PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY

In this document you are referred to as "The Buyer".  This site is referred to as "The Seller".
We will only process orders under these Terms and Conditions which are conclusive and non-negotiable:

1. The Buyer understands that he The Seller is not a professional medical authority.
2. The Buyer understand that the information presented on this site is not professional, was not preparted by doctors and may be inaccurate.
3. The Buyer accepts full liability for the use of medications supplied by The Seller.
4. The Buyer is a competent adult at least 21 years of age.
5. The Buyer states that he is permitted by law in his locale to receive the medication(s).
6. The Buyer will use the medication solely for his own personal therapeutic purposes.
7. The Buyer will use the medication only with the supervision and guidance of their certified physician.
8. The Buyer must have a valid prescription from their doctor in order to use prescription medication.
9. The Buyer will use the medications only for the purpose for which his doctor prescribed it for.
10. The Buyer will perform all necessary medical tests required before and during the use of this medication.
11. The Buyer will pay regular visits to his doctor to check his health condition when using the medication.
12. The Buyer will stop taking the medication immediately and turn to a qualified doctor in the case any adverse side effect occurs.
13. The Buyer hold the Seller as well as the credit card processing company free of any and all legal action and prosecution.
14. The Buyer will keep the medication away from women and children.
15. The Seller will reship orders lost in mail or a refund is also possible for any orders which do not arrive.
16. The Seller will not be held responsible for any delays the postal and/or couriers services may have.
17. The Buyer must allow a period of max. 20 days from date of purchase for the product to arrive.
18. The Buyer should check with his custom services, that he is allowed to import the medications. The Seller will not held responsibile for any custom delays.
19. The Seller may choose to refuse orders for what ever reason. This includes, but is not limited to specific customers, regions and/or countries.
20. Products are shipped from outside the U.S. We may ship from Greece, U.K., or any other country we find convenient.
21. It is your full responsibility to make sure you are entitled to import the requested medications into your country. We will not be held responsible for any financial losses you may have, any customs or any legality issues in your country.
