Pharmacological effect: Tensinor contains a medicine called atenolol. This medication is a beta-blocker. This drug relaxes the blood vessels and decreases the heart rate. It helps the blood to slow easier and lowers the hypertension.

Usage: Tensinor is used in treatment of hypertension. This medication also prevents problems with kidneys, heart failure and strokes. Tensinor also cures angina, irregular heartbeat, migraine and problems with alcohol.

Aftereffect: Tensinor may bring adverse effects. More normal reactions are: anxiety, fatigue, giddiness, sickness in stomach, insomnia and low sex drive. Abnormal reactions are: mental and mood changes, irregular heartbeat, troubled breathing, cold feeling and sensitivity of light.

How to administer (optionally): Tensinor should be takes 1 or 2 times a day. This tablets should be swallowed with water regardless of food. The dosage and the duration of therapy is based on your conditions.
