Active Substance: Isosorbide-5-mononitrate

Origin: Turkey


Pharmacological effect: Monoket is a nitrate called isosorbide mononitrate. This medication eases blood vessels. It helps blood to flow easier and helps the heart to pump better.

Usage: Monoket is used in treatment of angina attacks. It prevents chest pain. This medication is not used for acute attacks. This drug works before the pain appears.

Aftereffect: Therapy with Monoket may bring different adverse reactions. Call the doctor if you have the following effects: arm, back, jaw pain, bleeding, bruising, troubled breathing, abnormal heart sound, black stools, chills, cold sweats, sickness in stomach, vomiting, sneezing, painful urination, diarrhea, cough, giddiness, weight gain and loss of appetite.

How to administer (optionally): Take this tablet two times a day. First tablet take when you wake up the second dose after 7 hours.
