Pharmacological effect: Lioresal is also called Baclofen. This medication is a muscle relaxer and an antispatic agent.

Usage: Lioresal is used in therapy of muscle spasms appeared because of sclerosis, sickness and stiffness. This medication also treats people with illness of the spinal cord.

Aftereffect: Lioresal may bring different reactions. More usual effects are: confusion, giddiness, weakness, nausea and tiredness. Call urgent your doctor if you have the following abnormal reactions: diarrhea, sickness in stomach, constipation, painful urination, headache, loss of appetite, muscle ache, low tension, weight gain, muscle stiffness, difficulties in sleeping, swelling of different parts of the body and stuffy nose.

How to administer (optionally): Take one tablet three times per day. Use it for 3 days. The therapeutic effect should appear in 2 to 6 weeks. If it doesn’t appear you should increase the dosage.
