Usage: Prograf prevents the rejection of the transplant. The medication is used in treatment of allograft rejection.

Aftereffect: Using Prograf you may encounter different adverse effects. Call the doctor if you have reactions such as: troubled sleeping raised blood sugar, high blood pressure, problems with kidneys, headache, problems with vision, noises in ears, liver problems and loss of appetite.

How to administer (optionally): You should take Prograf two times a day. Swallow the capsules whole in morning and in evening regardless of food. Try to administer the medication at the same time very day.
