Active Substance: Spironolactone

Pharmacological effect: Aldactone is a water drug that supports the level of potassium in the organism. It involves 100mg of the aldosterone antagonist spironolactone. This substance is non-solute in water but dissolved in alcohol.

Usage: Aldactone is used in therapy of huge tension of blood, heart insufficiency and hypokalemia. It also treats edema in people with disease of heart, liver and kidneys. 

Aftereffect: Stop using Aldactone and call emergency if you have encountered the following effects: muscle ache, weakness, troubled heartbeat, difficulties in breathing, confusion, vomiting, sickness in the stomach, spasms in different parts of the body and problems with urination and stools. 

How to administer (optionally): Take one tablet daily. It is recommended to take it with food or milk to prevent stomach problems. Use it in early morning desirable before 6 p. m.
